Healthy eating naturally leads to less intake of the things that cause us to store fat and gain weight. As a result we lost noticeable weight and inches off the most noticeable areas, without a whole lot of effort. It's the way our body was meant to work, when fed right.

By significantly reducing sugar intake and other unhealthy ingredients, and replacing with the right combination of nutrients (high quality protein, healthy fats, carbohydrates), we've experienced a significant increase in daily energy.

By not habitually consuming junk food (moderation only), and replacing with all-natural vitamins and minerals on our diet, we've had a noticeable increase in focus and mental clarity during our day-to-day routines.

We proeviously consumed a moderate amount of caffeine, sugar and other stimulants in our diet. We've since been able to cut back and easily replace with nutrients that the body needs, making us more alert and energetic during the day and sound sleepers at night.

We've added a nutrient-rich tonic of natural vitamins, minerals, and plant-based adaptogens to our everyday diet, resulting in less stress - or at least a greater ability to cope with stress :) - which is great as a parent, and for those times at the office when things get a little out of control.

As a society, we've grown addicted to sugar, fats, and salt. By significantly reducing these ingredients, and eating healthy on an on-going basis, we've eliminated cravings for the not-so-good things such as coffee, candy, potato chips, and sweets. What used to be addictions are now occasional treats.
